Seta CFBT Tester - 91670-2U

A small-scale laboratory analyzer called the Seta CFBT measures the cold filter blocking tendency (CFBT) of gas and diesel oils. The CFBT simulates vehicle/engine field cold conditions, tests the fuel’s filter tendency, and makes predictions about how diesel fuel may behave at low ambient temperatures.

The easy-to-use instrument calculates CFBT and CSCFBT automatically with both fixed and programmable temperatures. A typical test for two temperatures only takes 20 minutes, and the results are displayed on the color LCD screen.
