ASTM D6069

ASTM D6069 is the Standard Test Method for Trace Nitrogen in Aromatic Hydrocarbons by Oxidative Combustion and Reduced Pressure Chemiluminescence Detection

This test method is withdrawn in 2015 but covers the determination of Total Nitrogen (organic and inorganic) in aromatic hydrocarbons, their derivatives and related chemicals. This test method is applicable for samples containing nitrogen from 0.2 to 2 mgN/kg, but has been replaced by Test Method ASTM D7184. For higher Nitrogen concentrations refer to Test Method ASTM D4629.

To comply with ASTM D6069, EST & TSHR offer the NEXIS TN, NEXIS VP TN, NEXIS eQP TN and TN 6000/7000 including combined instrument configurations like TN/TS with fully automatic liquids injection through the AS120 Liquids Autosampler configurations for this ultra-trace level Total Nitrogen analysis.
